If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about ParamForge, we may use them without any obligation to you. You waive any rights to compensation or attribution for such feedback.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

7. Subscription and Payment

• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law

• All activities of team members under your account
• Properly configuring sharing and permission settings

9. Service Availability and Support

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARAMFORGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10.3 Data Loss

While we implement backup systems, we are not responsible for data loss. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ParamForge, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to embargo or on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

ParamForge may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., Google OAuth, Adobe Analytics). Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their content.

14. Dispute Resolution
